Shared Journeys
Women’s Mentoring

*Do you thirst for a deeper relationship with God?

*Have you been yearning for someone to walk alongside you on your spiritual journey?

*Do you relish the idea of having someone in your life who would listen to you, love you and pray with you and for you?

*Are you looking for someone ahead of you on the journey?

*Or would you like to be equipped to mentor a younger women?

If you are a woman who can answer yes to any of these above questions, Shared Journeys is the ministry opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Shared Journeys purposes to equip & release women to mentor others to intentionally grow deeper in Christ together & to multiply disciples.

One-to-one discipleship:
One woman coming alongside another woman to encourage each other to love God with all your heart while equipping you to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). Using transferable materials from Campus Crusade for Christ (Mentoring 101), you and your discipleship partner determine when you meet to pray and process how to live as through the Bible is true regardless of our circumstances, emotions or cultural trends. As you mature in Christ, you pass on what you are learning to another woman to keep the chain of spiritual multiplication going. Contact Lisa Pineira at lisapineira@hotmail.com or 479-422-2236 for more information.

The Significant Woman:
This workshop-style mentoring course takes peer-coaches on a journey of discovery-encountering the wonder of who God is, the joy of walking with Him, a deeper recognition of her own unique design, and the thrill of learning how she can join with God in His mission here on earth. This very personal course covers everything from developing a mission statement, personal goals and priorities, to learning how to look at life pro-actively vs. reactively. Available in the Fall on Tuesday mornings on campus. This study is very reflective in nature and peer-coaching based. Questions: Bekah Mulvaney at rmulvaney@cox.net.

Foundations:
The foundation of a building allows the building to stand the test of time and the storms of nature. One’s core values and daily personal routines are the foundation for life. Foundations is a one year peer-coaching study, designed to help develop a firm structure from which to support the many roles filled; women, wives, mothers, grandmothers, students, employees, etc. The study builds from scripture to establish principles that can be applied to all areas of everyday life. Practical tools and intentional methods of life management are presented and discussed. Class size is limited to allow the members to encourage and support each other as they make changes in their lives. Class members will be accountable for weekly class assignments and scripture memorization. Questions: Diana Bland at ldbland@cox.net

To be matched through Shared Journeys in one–to-one relationships in order to connect with another woman outside of the options above…
