Healthy Living Through the Seasons of Life
Tuesday Mornings
9:30 am - 11:30 am
April 6, 13, 20, 27
Healthy living means more than eating well-balanced meals or exercising, right?  Learn what you can be doing to help yourself physically, emotionally, spiritually and nutrionally from experts in each of these areas.  Karen Kennan, a personal trainer, will show women of all ages how to be fit and how to get moving if they haven't been involved in any regular exercise.  Amy Soderquist, an experienced counselor, will address how to have and maintain healty emotions during the changes that a woman goes through in life, and maybe what can be expected in the next phase of life.  Sue Addington, Bible teacher and speaker, will challenge women to begin or continue their spiritual journey with practical suggestions and ideas.  Dr. Randall Frezell has done a lot of research on women's nutritional needs and will join us to address these issues of women.  You won't want to miss this class--unless another class being offered is your choice.
